Stress could prevent a person from focusing on anything he does. Aside from the health, it also affects a person's productivity. When it happens in the office and you are working along with a team, a stressed person can affect the performance of a team either by being stagnant or overdoing the job. It is therefore necessary to address this problem before it becomes a big problem not only to the person but also to the group that he belongs to.
