Motivational Speaker: Rene Godefroy
Business motivational speaker Rene Godefroy is known as the world's leading authority on possibility discovery. His motivational keynote presentations inspire audiences to step out of their comfort zone, embrace change with a positive attitude in order to discover what's possible for them.
Born in a tiny and remote village in Haiti, Rene Godefroy was an impoverished child tormented by illnesses. As a child, he survived primarily on breadfruit and the occasional rare fish he caught with a string and hook.
He arrived in the US with only five dollars, two shirts and one pair of pants housed in a tattered briefcase. And, he did not speak any English. While many were complaining about their circumstances, Rene saw a huge opportunity to seize the American Dream.
He worked as a janitor and washed cars on the streets of Miami. As a janitor, Rene dug in the trashcans to find letters. Late at night he would read out aloud the letters so he can how to write English.
Eventually Rene made his way to Atlanta, Georgia where he landed a job as a doorman at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel. There, he continued to teach himself English. He would scan the back seat of the cars he was parking to discover what books his guests were reading.
Sure enough, he found and bought lots of awesome books. Every night, he would stay up late to study those books. "No one should live in a country of plenty empty. The US was the Promised Land for me when I was a poor kid in Haiti. I have not been disappointed", said Rene.
Today, Rene is living the American Dream. He's one of America's most sought after motivational speakers. Top companies such as Aflac, Coca Cola, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless seek him out as the motivational speaker to help them boost morale. His motivational message is simple: No Condition is Permanent!
As a humanitarian, Rene's vision is to inspire millions in remote places that are living lives of resignation and quiet desperation.

Simplest way to reduce stress in the workplace
There are many self-help articles in the several publications, including the web that discusses about reducing stress in the workplace. The number of these articles simply means that managing stress is becoming a real problem, and many are unsuccessful in trying to. However, let me tell you one simple way to reduce stress, especially in the workplace.
It is evident that the crisis that the economy is facing is placing a great impact on the way businesses are being managed. Business owners are demanding more and giving less. While employees may complain about this, they have to keep up with the challenge or may end up losing their job. Therefore, putting a lot of stress in the workplace.
One way to manage stress is not to fear. If there is fear, all the negative energies follow, and one loses focus on what to do.
Start reducing fear by simply facing reality. Much of the fear that we feel comes from our imagination and the things that we are thinking may not actually exist.
Just keep in mind. If the situation that you are in, is not a matter of life and death, then there is nothing to fear, and you give yourself a favor of having a stress-free life.
